This board is the most stable, stiff, durable and versatile river running SUP ever. Constructed out of the same material as our whitewater kayaks it gives riders the ability to surf standing waves and paddle the most difficult rapids with ease. Its channel bottom hull and removable fins allow it to track yet spin quickly. It’s the board that will outlast and outperform in the river environment and all for only $799. The board will be a short, wide and thick. It will have a shedding bow/deck but have a flat standing area under the paddler’s feet with a foam deck pad. The stern of the board will have increased volume much like the bow to ensure that The board resurfaces quickly and cleanly in whitewater. The stern will also have more dramatic rocker then the industry standard so that it can surf a variety of river waves. Two fin boxes will be in the hull so that paddlers can use a variety of different fin sizes and styles. The fins will be easily removable for running shallow rivers. The channel bottom design adds rigidity to the hull as well as helps it track slightly. Five grab handles will be attached. Bow, stern and both sides at the midpoint as well as a center grab handle for carrying.

The center handle when used in combination of the side handles makes it very easy for a fallen paddler to “climb” back up. Almost like a rope ladder. Multiple recessed screw fittings on the deck will allow paddlers to easily add and remove optional thermoformed devices TBD. By using a thumb screw a SUPr could add a kayak seat for a friend to use. A pole holder could be added to the bow, or a tackle box, small cooler etc. The attachments have yet to be confirmed but a wide variety of ideas could be made in the future that allow JK to sell accessories for the board rather then molds them in.

Some Key Features:

•Flat standing area. Allows paddler to move feet freely.
•Multiple grab handles.
•Thermoformed POD attachments.
•Removable fins
•Shedding decks
•foam deck pad
•channel bottom hull
•Rotomolded plastic
