When we set out to create the Disco, everyone had asked us for a small Glide.

After all, the Glide is generally considered THE wave-surfing, cartwheeling machine. So if we followed the market by taking our hot kayak and chopping it down, we had to have a winner, right? But the Disco's creator-Corran Addison- wanted more than that.

He wanted to take all the possibilities that the Glide had illuminated, and create THE river dancing machine! And why not? After all, why should we be content with one-stroke 720 degree flat spins when we know that 1800 aerial superblunts are possible (that's five complete 360 degree rotations after an aerial blunt, with just one stroke)? Why should we be limited to doing aerial blunts on only perfect waves, when we can have a surfer that will aerial blunt on command anywhere?

Why tolerate the discomfort of a kayak designed to allow 120 lbs paddlers to flatwater cartwheel if the big guys can enjoy both comfort and performance?

Disco is all this... and more. Much more. It is faster sideways on a wave than most boats are forwards, will cartwheel in holes so small and shallow the cameraman can stand on the rock making the hole, with his lens inches away from your grinning face. Thirty linked ends with splits on flatwater, eight-point loops in holes, super blunts on average waves (aerial blunt into a clean 360 spin off a single stroke), and six-point cartwheels on totally green waves. Whether you're 120 lbs, or 170 lbs if you're looking for a superior performance machine that will blow the doors off anything else, look no further.
