A fun little kayak - smallest of the 3 semi-planing designs.
Some people still use them as a small person's creek boat and river-runner. A small or aggressive person who is used to full displacement hull kayaks would find this a good intermediate step between old and new school playboats.

Compared to the boats of the early 1990's that i was used to, this boat is slow. I mean real slow! Its hard to put the boat where i want in the river. I have also noticied it does not want to punch through a big water hole very well. It is very uncomortable but i believe this is because i may be too big for it. The upside is that it is a very stable boat and rolls easy. It is very stable and resurfaces fast and clean after a drop. Real small and manuverable. Its hard not to like it just because its so cute. Kinda like a litte brother. Conclusion
Good small person begginer kayak. Its great to just barrel down a river in, but if you want to work on eddy turns and technical rivers its probally not the boat for u.Review
