Our basic helmet, great value and performance. Its clean minimal lines and new comfortable liner system make it a popular choice.

Specifications:
Elastomeric polyurethane shell
Comfortable liner fastening system embedded in the helmet

Helmet construction: performance built in
Shock absorbent polyurethane foam core up to 16mm thick
Glass fibre and polyester woven reinforcement
Tough ABS second skin with high butadine (synthetic rubber) content
Outperformed other helmets with highest rating in CE test

Skid Lids have a new lightweight construction offering a substantial weight saving – now down to as little as 350g. The stylish design has been further developed with a new cut for even more temple protection than before.

Comfortable lining: as the Skid Lid’s shell has such strong shock absorbency, it can have a soft comfortable lining. Be wary of helmets that have harder foam linings: they need this hard lining to pass the CE test. Our helmets are more comfortable to wear thanks to a new liner fastening system, permanently embedded in the helmet shell during manufacture.

Comfort features:
Soft poly foam in comfy brushed nylon quilted liner
Stylish high gloss acrylic outside skin
Ethafoam lining to peak
Extra pocket with foam inserts to fine tune for a perfect fit

3 year warranty
