It's child's play to attach the y-Deck to your ka-y-ak, but it will be safely closed in white water. The y-Deck can be attached even with clammy hands or while wearing gloves. Place it loosely on your cockpit and adjust easily the contact pressure and point of release by using the retaining clasp and the two buckles.

Once the y-Deck is fitted it will not come off even under big pressure but can be opened safely with the y-shaped opening belt either by hand or with your legs.

The ergonomically shaped retaining clasp is made of an impact resistant plastic.

The cord is made of a distension depleted Kevlar rope with polyester slip-coating.

With two buckles you can adjust the position and tension of the y-release webbing linked to the clasp. Open with knees or by hand.

WW and touring enthusiasts alike can easily adjust the y-Deck to their individual needs.

The y-Deck will fit almost all popular kayaks made of PE (Cockpits from 32 to 42 inch).
