Xtremely Dry Trousers - it just is, and they just are... If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Believe it or not, the Xtreme Dry Trousers are functionally unchanged since 1992. At some point we replaced the original neoprene-nylon fabric with a 2-ply breathable nylon, and later a 3-ply gridstop nylon. We made the neoprene waist deeper, then it was a bit too deep, and then a bit more anatomically shaped, and then finally with a hybrid jersey/sharkskin panel layout. And when we discovered Enduromesh, the hyper-abrasion resistant nylon mesh from the motorsport industry, we realised we could replace the ubiquitous Cordura with something even tougher that didn't trap water or impede breathability. Which had been the only ongoing problems, really.... But change the main colour to purple and the seat and knees to green or red, and they look exactly like the Xtreme Trousers of the early '90s... Like, we said, if it ain't broke... Pull them on and they don't feel like technical outerwear, they're comfortable. But clearly very tough. You can kneel down on rock or concrete, or slither down a steep granite boulder on your arse, and you know it. The latex ankles are a bit of a battle (tho much less so once you've trimmed them to fit) but they make more sense than socks sometimes. The waist hugs you. You don't have to adjust it, any more than you do a spraydeck. It just is. And then you pretty much forget about your trousers. Because they won't bother you. They don't leak, they don't bind or chafe, and they don't get sweaty. Stand up and they're just there. Sit down, and they still are. No chinks in the small of your back or anything like that. They just work.

Features:
Hi back design for sitting, with anti-wicking properties (to stop water being drawn up into the waist of the cag)
Waterproof & breathable Xtetra4 ply fabric
Enduro mesh reinforced seat and knees
Dry & comfortable
Neo waist with grip mesh blindstitched and glued
Latex ankle seals with adjustable neo cuffs
Stylish graphics
Designed to wear with everyone’s paddling shells, not just ours
