Our new top racing deck with great looks and still amazing value for money. Designed for slalom paddlers, multisport racers and polo players, and also suitable for paddlers who carry out deck rescues, hit the deck with their paddle or just prefer to have protection against nicks and tears. * Deck section: High density 3.5mm double-lined neoprene with small diamond texture on top for maximum strength and durability.

• Body tube: Soft and supple 3.5mm double-lined neoprene for comfort and flexibility. Seams glued, blind-stitched on top side and taped on inside for extra waterproofing. Edge bound for a top quality finish.

• Cord: 8mm shockcord fitted with a front grab loop for easy release.

• Screen printing: A generous band of plain black ink together with a metallic silver printed Rasdex logo gives this deck its excellent appearance and will last for years.

Tube Height: Standard fit (high cut body tube - 9" high), Women's fit (low cut body tube - 6" high)

"Just got back to work from Inter-regionals and thought I would just drop you a line to say that after a weekend of real tough games the deck performed well. After running some silcone around the cockpit/deck join of my kayak I had a minimal amount of water in my kayak and didn't even need to think about sponging out at half time of the games." Jason Juno, current Captain of Wellington Knights and Member of NZ Men's Canoe Polo Team 2002-03.

Tip: Any kind of reinforcement makes the deck a bit harder to stretch when putting it on, so if you find it hard enough fitting a neoprene deck you may not like this feature. Try our standard deck instead as this stretches more easily.

This deck is available in one cockpit size only to fit K1 Slalom boats, standard-size multisport boats, non-plastic Polo boats and a few other smaller-cockpit kayaks. If you think it may fit your boat, please ask us and we'll be happy to confirm. If this one doesn't fit, try the Reinforced Deck instead.
