I did some surfing down on the North Devon coast at Saunton sands. The surf wasn't huge but it was certainly big enough for some big moves. I donkey flipped my S:8 out in it so there was plenty of power.

I went surfing off the coast of Fllordia 2 years ago in a C1 Sub 7. Biggest face was probably 6 feet. It was a blast! I really wants to go again, but with my LL Vision C1, but it's hard to find the time and money to make sucha trip. (im in canada)

The worst part is paddling out, and not making it over the crest before the wave breaks......getting a sea doo to pull you out would be Key.

Used to take my Slalom C1 out in surf when it was small. Great speed on the wave, but any bigger than 4ft used to front loop me before could get established on the wave!

A cut-down slalom C2 was the bizz though!! Faster than a long board, but a lot more intimidating for those in the water. Alex in the front didn't like looping it that much!

Took the C2 out at Widemouth in 6ft+ (on sets) waves, and was great until
we took off late and got trashed when the barrel broke on us. Ripped the straps out and a long swim....

Oh yeh the paddle out is always the killer. Got washed up back on the beach a few times after back flipping.
