I have a Delta Pro Cag, it was only £89.

It's got a double waist and double cuffs with latex. It's got a neoprene neck that I really like coz I can't stand latex (makes my eyes bulge like a hamster). It keeps me mostly dry.

It was the only one I could find that I liked under £100.

have a look at the peak uk freestyle cag slightly over £100 but its a much nicer cag than the delta one the neck seal is neoprene with a bungee strap so you can tighten it when playing to keep the majority of the water out and loosen it off when drifting down stream.

also look at Palms kintetic around £90 doubled over neoprene makes a tight seallatex wrists etc or their switch same cag latex neck seal just over your price range

Sometimes cags are worth spending more than £100 on. I bought a Nookie LTD cag and it is seriously sweet. Worth every penny. Quite a lot of pennies tho :(

If your looking for a cheapish cag that will keep you warm, not nesecarily completely dry, try Reed. I got a shortie cag of them for the summer, but wear it most year round, as it really does keep me warm. They use a different material for the seals, which works really well and doesnt leave rashes or marks all over your neck and arms. They are really good value for what they are.
