Any advive for a helmet (large head) 18 years 6 months ago #10280

I am looking for a peaked helmet. The strutter is perfect. But doesn't fit well in my large head (62 cm). The xl size is too small.

Any alternative?

Thanks.

did you pull out the flame ball pads in the strutter as i use the size below without any and it fits snugly. Maybe try PREDATOR, shred ready or happy2b

Thank you. will be my head's form but with the strutter is impossible. Are you sure,Jeroen, with the Predator Lee?. One size fits all  Seems a little strange whitout removing a lot of inner protection or foam.

it comes with a bag full of velcro fittings to make it fit for people with smaller heads. without all those extra fittings, it fits me precisely.

If you can try on an FNA helmet they are the bomb. Each model fits a little differently. I find that the Guide fits me the best and I have a larger head. Their German helmet fits a bit bigger also and comes with foam to fit.

I have a predator and a big head. Loads of extra outfittings came with it so you can pack it out or leave it as it is!

Plus my Predator helmet knows how to take a beating without affecting my head too much =D

Perfect!

Take a look at head trip helmets. My head, like yours, is enormous and doesn't fit in the sweet helmets. I use the daffy and its a good fit, and it has a nice visor.

Hope this helps

Teliesin 38,

as far as I know that in your words does not have any offense. Apologize is not necessary.
Sometimes there are to remember the history for no repeat it.

Take care.

Well.

Where I can buy a Predator Lee in Europe?

The Daffy is a great choice too, but whith the shipment costs and custom taxes is very expensive.

Gratefulheads have in your web page the Slugger, but i think that this product is not available yet.. Maybe ever.:ask:

In both cases:frustrated:

Ah that solves my question of when and if they're on sale in the UK.

But if it's one size fits all, my head is 56cm round, does that mean that i would have to stuff it full of padding and then look like i'm wearing something much too big for me? Style is everything......:D
