When in a stopper why would you use the sculling support. Wouldnt it just keep you in the stopper ? Whtas the best way to get out of a stopper ?
Usually you can surf the stopper with bit of help of low and high brace from time to time. Sculling support is really only needed in steep and tight pour-overs and if your stuck in one of them the situation usually ends up being quite ugly.
To escape from the stoppers you need to build up some momentum to surf out of the corner or work your way over the foam pile. Just side-surfing isn't gonna cut it. Theres couple of ways to do it, but in general if you manage to make your way up the back-tow a bit you can usually generate enough speed to get out of the hole.
