I went on a whitewater rafting session at Holme Pierrepoint a few weeks ago and I asked what grade it was when booking, their reply was that because it was a man made site that it couldnt be graded officially but if it was a natural site then it would be a good grade 3/4. All I can say is if youve not been before then give it a go there were plenty of people playboating on there and the place itself has good facilitys etc. The only other thing Ill say is prepare to help a few people out if its anything like it was when we were there as capsizing rafts and stray paddlers swimming were a common sight, as were ambulances to be honest
