I have the deck and its very dry, sticky latex creats an awsome seal between the deck and the cockpit. kevlar is very hard wearing for deep water rescues etc but makes the deck very very hard to put on the first couple of times.
the first time i used it it took 3 people and a soak in the lake to get it on.
Its fine now though and for 40 quid i cant fault it.
as for the cag, my mate has one, he's from a sailing background and so owns drysuits etc. he bought one when he came on the course and says he has never got wet apart from when he swims it creeps up.
He bought some drypants and said the combo makes an almost fully dry suit.
the only thing he'd change is to have a pocket put onto it somewhere. other than that, mint!
hope this helps,
also the dry bags are very good and the customer service/delivery times are top notch.
