I'm sure that with your body weight and the correct technique you can get this boat into a bow stall, on flatwater, using the double pump. I assume thats what you want to do.

A mate of mine can almost bow stall the Wave Sport Diesel 65.. and that doesn't have nice slicey ends.

Good luck and keep trying. :roflol:

Bow stalls are over rated. See my avatar!

If you want to see people bow stalling your boat, check out the old EJ's playboating videos. They were all using them back in the day.

Thanks a lot! ! I am fairly new in playboating-It's important to know that it's possible to do it... My friends have so small a tiny boats and I am not able to get into and try it..

It's possible... the Super EZ is a big beamy boat, but possible to put 'down'... be sure you are 'tight' in the boat - that is blocked in at the hips, tight in the seat and forward against your foot pads (or that crazy wavesport 'cone')... this avoids any lost energy when you put the boat on edge and throw it down.

I've struggled with it, but it can be done. Keep at it. I have seen a Super EZ cartwheeled on the flat...

Good luck!

depending on how heavy you are, the super ez should be pretty easy to throw in a double pump. I learned on the Ace, which is basically the same boat. It might help you to find a stationary object (like a dock or the side of a pool) to try it out first, that way you get a good idea of how much energy and angle you need before you start doing it with a paddle. If you can sink the bow, you'll actually have an easier time than your friends in a short, stubby boat, because the longer bow acts like a deep keel and stabilizes you; as evidence of this, I could stall my Ace for minutes at a time, but I have a hard time counting to ten when stalling my orbit fish. Overall though, just keep trying and you'll either get it or get lots of practice on your roll.

Can't see why you shoudn't be able to get a bow stall with a Super EZ, i've seen people get ends with larger boats! Like aevanlloyd says they were doing it back in the day! I think the key to getting a bow stall from a double pump is making sure u've got the edging and then throwing ur weight with the double pump.

Don't give up, u may not get it first time but just keep it going!!
