I looking for tips, web sites, or places to buy a back pack system for my boat(vision 56). Any ideas would help.

Get an old back pack with a padded back without a frame cut it out add some roof rack straps and whola!

or get an outframe backpacksystem , with a little bit work you can twaek it that a boat fits

Try having a look at Reed they have a simple, cheap idea that mitght be useful! Just slightly easier on the wallet than the yak harness...
