Funny thing about that, for some companies, different colors shrink more than others when they are fired, for example my red wavesport would be the smallest, even in the same ize, then orange, then yellow. (but I'll stick with my red)

that's because the yellow has less pigment and a higher ratio of plastic
so you're saying that you're preferred color is red? (after all that's the original question...) |

I've bought yellow boats ever since I saw how much better they show up on photos. Before that I just had to have my Riot Glide in red coz it looked like a farrari (and the red ones go faster). And before that my second hand boats were the colour the owner had choosen never the colour I wanted.

Orange, Red OR white.
Orange because it's nice and cheerful, red looks cool ( in my opinion) and white... because, well not alot of people havw white boats. I hope the colour things i put in will work... makes it all the more exciting! Edit: The colours things didn't work...evidently.  |

I wanted an orange (jaffa) H3, when I went to get it they only had Blue/White in stock but now I love it, dont know how it'll look when its had some use though, but I have to say that if Pyranha had done the H3 in lime Green or Green/Blue like they used to then that would have been my first choice.

I got a lite blue and white RAD with spirals on the botom it looks pretty good. a plain white boat would be awesome but it is very hard to get and keep clean. black would also be pretty nice

I usewd to like Yellow , orange and red but my favourite colour right now is in your face Bright green the ronin looks awsome its so bright and my new surf boat will have green rails and striped on the plain carbon hull and carb/ kev deck! Picking it up next week should look sweet as:)

Is it just me or does there seem to be a mass influx of blues, jaffa, burnt orange (i think its called). Give me the 'lunatic in your face lime green' of riot anyday

Don't really care but black is killer. My boat is green and I like it like that. When you don't have the money to buy it new, you take the color that you find.

me too, i love black boats!
i had a black riot glide when it just came out. looked like a stealth at the time. and i had a black metallic riot booster. the metallic glitters were small and brownish, and you only really saw them when the boat was wet. very stylish... If you're happy, you're successful.

Black is cool, but heats up even in light sun

I have always wanted a \"glow in the dark\" boat. I cant count the number of times we had to paddle out in the dark. I have a waterproof headlamp and have also used those little \"crack'em\" type glow sticks but still a glow in the dark boat that would charge itself in the sunlight... That would be the sh*t!

my favourite colour for a boat is blue and white mix. but i would agree with the above and say a glow in the dark boat would be amazing. just imagine the amount of people you would freak out if paddling in the dark:lol:

Lendal have just brought out a glow in the dark paddle blade. Called the Ion. Charges up during the day and then glows in the dark. If it's not glowing then it looks white transparent.

would have to be Blue, i don't know why but i really like the liquid logic blue... but then orange... i have an orange dragorossi and they have this cool funky orange colour... with blue strips of course!!
