just wondering about a name and a website for a paddle, i think the paddle is called a 727 or something like that, ive just seen a picture (i think corran addison was paddling with one) but its got a very thin shaft with 2 thicker, what looks like plastic, grips for your hands. if someone has a website or has any info about the paddle it would be much appreciated, thanks

Corran uses paddles called Seven2
add a .com on the end and you got the website.

Interesting paddles. Not quite my cup of tea, but some people certainly like them.

Definitel stay away from 7-2's. They break incredibly easily, and once you are used to the grips, I've heard every other paddle feels wierd. I know somebody who was saying that he padddled with some guys sponsored by them in south america, and they literally had quivers of paddles because they broke so often. I also have a friend who has broken two in the last 3 months eddying out. (he never even hit them on anything.)

Oh yeah, they are also refusing to replace his paddle, even though it was only a few months old.

I also know someone who uses one of these paddles, it snapped like a twig when they rolled.
