After having repeatedly rearranged the foam footrests in my 4-20 and still getting cramped feet, wondering what people tought about the Jackson Happy feet bag? My friend has one and seems to like it, but will it work in other manufacturers boats? Also, is there a minimum amount of footroom needed to put one in, my feet are quite near the end of my boat, would that matter?
Cheers,
Dolly
P.S.- mite be interested if anyone is selling one...

they work in any boat. Some people love them, some people can't stand them. I think they work best of a person doesn't have a lot of room to fill. I have one for sale.

Nathan is right, they eiter work for you or they don't. My All Star came with them and I took them out. I prefer a more solid feel. If you lend your boat out often, foam pads are less user friendly for them.
Why buy when you can borrow. If you can borrow your friends happy feet in your boat and give it a real try... not just in the take out. So you can have an honest opinion on the happy feet. Make sure you use the bladders correctly (there is probably a vidio clip on the jackson site on how to).
Keep in mind that the happy feet come in 2 sizes, depending in how much volume you are dealing with.
Good luck!

I have used the Happy Foot system for a couple of years now and really like it. I have had no trouble with it but did swap the standard size one in my 4Fun for a smaller size which made a huge difference to the already excellent comfort. Personally I would not go back to a foam system as my feet are quite large and get shredded using foam blocks, the 'made to measure' comfort from the happy feet is fantastic and the system is very easy to use. As for putting it into other brands of boat I can't comment, but changing the bag over in my boat was very easy.

I used them in a Dagger G-Ride, and they worked great. I also have friends with Crazy 88's tat use the Happy Feet as well. Use them right, and you'll never go back. However, if you don't get them dialed in, you'll hate them. Follow the directions.

LiquidLogic is now making a product called the \"Cone of Comfort\" that you may want to check out. It's hard to explain, except to say that it's basically a bunch of pre-shaped foam shims that nestle up to one another in your bow. I've become a huge fan of it since getting one in a used Vision. Don't know where to get one aftermarket, but worth checking out if you can find one.

cone of comfort good! the idea is to suck the air out so it moulds around your feet comfortably and cushions allround. I have a LL original on and the tube gone a bit funky but still works really well
