Hay i just baught a new helmet, its a WRSI are thay any good it set me back £58 so i hope so, cheers.

If it fits your head snugly does not move around then yes, if it does the forementioned then no. I take it you tried more than one elmet on before buying so you should of hopefullty came away with the best fitting one

I also own a WRSI, I really love it, It is very stable on my head.
The new 2007 model have also a removable ear protection.

yep, WRSi are defenitly the way to go, i love mine, easy to outfit and proabably the safest helmet out there for the price

I would have to agree that the WRSI is a great looking helmet, it's relatively cheap, good coverage and even better it's not that common on the river.
My only problem is I couldn't get it to fit on my head even without padding. I was really disappointed.:(
They need to bring an even bigger version out. Or rather even thinner foam padding.

hay the one i got came with a whole varity of padding, smallest was about 3mm i think, but maby not small enugh for you. cheers guys for the help
