Hey Guys,
Anyone going to be on ecuador the first 3 weeks of january? I'd like to hook up with some people to boat with. I looked into the tour company thing but it's fairly pricey. I'm a solid 4+ boater and run the odd class 5 rapid. I have swift water rescue trainnning and kayaking instructor cert as well as other guiding expierience. If your looking for an extra in your group let me know or if you know of any companies out there that would trade work for a paddling.

O.K. another question, if I was to head down there with my gear at that time of year would it be hard to hook up with fellow boaters?

im going to be paddling there from dec 7th - 20th. there is two or three (from BC, canada and seattle) of us confirmed, solid boaters, one person has been there already before and speaks spanish so no hay problemo! we are looking for a couple of others to round out the crew. drivers with truck are about $5 - $10/ person / day. email me if you want more details.
