Kayaking/White Water Magazines 17 years 9 months ago #16673

I've been thinking about subscibing to a whitewater magazine and was wondering if any of you people out there had any suggestions and or preferences?

Live in Canada if that makes any difference

Try:

www.kayaksession.com/

I quite enjoy this one, although my experience is limited. I think it only comes out quarterly. Isn't there something like Rapid magazine? :ask: I've got a number of mag's from the UK. Not as good as Kayak Session though.

kayak session is slightly expensive. It comes quarterly. I am a subscriber, I think it is well worth the money. You do get a good quality magazine for your money. It is printed on high quality paper and all of the photo's are very clear and very professional. Overall it is very professional, and pleasing to the eye. I'd recommend it. If you're unsure, do what I did. Buy one copy, if you like it, subscribe.

Let me know if there's any other decent magazine's around. I have heard of only 1 or 2 others but can't really get my hands on them in AU.

Hi guy's,
there is also a brand new mag CUMEC, out for New Zealand and Australia. It is not at the same quality as Kayak session YET, but with some good support from subscribers, I am sure that Antz will make it sensational.
He is looking for articles and photos.
