Success again, I was out most the beautiful, sunny day, and even when I didn't roll (I'm still rather inconsistent) I was so nearly there. So theres definitely some improvement there, and it would undoubtedly have taken me a lot longer without all the advice I got here :D Now I should just have to keep practicing and I'll just keep getting better. Hopefully. Happy paddling.

HI i can definatly relate to this, it seems to have happened to me twice. i found it was after a big knock to my confidence (in general) i am now slowly geting it back but like everyone has said its all about practise.

I've been reading, but not commenting, cause there are people much more qualified to answer this than I, but I just wanted to say, 'well done'.

Losing your roll can be demoralising, but when you get it back it'll be stronger, and more bomber than it was the first time.
