Hello, I am Looking to plan a 1-2 week paddle trip in January and Get a mid winter warm water fix. Class III+ rivers and playboating, fully guided. Safety and no-hassles are a must! Any Ideas? Veracruz, Mexico?

If you can afford the travel i suggest you make a trip to the Nile in Uganda, once there its relatively cheap living and caters for everything you asked for above. Check out www.kayakthenile.com for more info, you'll see its just what you're looking for. The Zambezi is a bit high in January but also ideal if you plan between august and the end of december.

Hope this helps
Cheers
