I saw this done in a video before and was wondering if anybody had any advice on how to do it

It's about 40 seconds in it could be a pistol flip not really sure about the difference:roflol:

there is also some nice flatwater helixs its a good watch most flatwater tricks covered

he does a pistol flip. mc nasty goes on bow into loop

Doing the mc nasty to the left

first start getting some backward momentum by purring 2- 4 hard back strokes in.
then put a paddle blade next to your left foot and start a cross bow draw. as you do this drop your left edge so you are pulling your bow underneath you. when you reach vertical jump and reach for the sky like a loop and finish like a loop too.
