he does a pistol flip. mc nasty goes on bow into loop

Doing the mc nasty to the left

first start getting some backward momentum by purring 2- 4 hard back strokes in.
then put a paddle blade next to your left foot and start a cross bow draw. as you do this drop your left edge so you are pulling your bow underneath you. when you reach vertical jump and reach for the sky like a loop and finish like a loop too.
