I just Don't get it 17 years 1 month ago #20530

Similar dilema to those listed before,
looking at getting back into paddling after a layoff for kids etc, in mybook I'm a pretty descent paddler looking for a great boat to play with and get me down grade 3+. Absolutely don't want a creeker as everyone has gone Burn crazyin UK !! Liking the look of the Pyranha recoil & the LL CR125(especially with the luxury 2008 BA outfitting), any views on whether there's any play ability in these boats, or are they both a bit of neither one thing or another?:frustrated:

I'm 5'10\", about 64kg + gear which I guess is why I had these two boats in mind, but I don't want to spend my hard earned cash on a dud!!!

I dont know if you get Wavesport in Jolly ol England but I hear it is pretty sweet. The CR 250 is pretty sweet boat. Hard to throw down in flat though.

We get pretty much all the makes, but its so difficult to demo any - you may sit in the shop- that about it, which is why I have difficulty. CR125 seems more comfortable- but hull profile looks slow? Recoil has fast hull but not so comfy!

Blimey, that s good to know, a proper kayak shop not owned by Brookbank, I'm in the Midlands so a trip to Shepperton is not so bad. Thanks for the info.
