Hey Guys,

I was wondering what people thought of the above two boats - I'm going shopping on Thursday and whilst I'll hopefully get the chance to demo both I thought I would try and get some opinions here first.

I know the Jackson is meant to be legendary but it's difficult to find any independent info on the Biscuit so that I can compare! Has anyone tried both?!

I'm 6'2", 250lbs and currently paddling a Dagger Juice 7.1 which is a bit of a low-rider at my weight to be honest! Weight is on the way down though so happy to be slighly over the suitable weight range for the moment.

Cheers

Matt

Both are great boats. The allstar is more slicey whereas the Biscuit has more foot room(cutting down on its sliceyness). Both surf well, Allstar carves better with its rails and Biscuit spins faster without rails. I went with the Biscuit cause I like the no-hitch outfitting and the knee bumps are in a more vertical position, affording my legs a more room and allows for a more natural position. Hope this helps:)

Thanks!!

I went down this afternoon to take a look; the guy in the shop also suggested the new Kingpin which was actually the most comfortable of the three (though I guess they could all be changed significantly to get them fitting better).

He's going to try and get demo versions in of all three for Thursday so I can test 'em all out - seems the best way to make a decision!

I am also trying to decide between these two boats. I am a decent river runner, but I have been interested in getting into playboating.

Which one of these would be better for someone who is somewhat experienced, but just getting into playboating?

I am 6'2 and 240 lbs, and I have paddled both of them on flatwater. To be honest, I am still torn on which one to get, and which would be better for me just beginning playboating. I paddle a Super Hero now, and love Jackson boats, but the Bad Ass outfitting does feel nice.
