OK, so I bought a dagger outburst on craigslist. (with out much research) I ended up selling it due to the size. I am 6 2 and jump between 210 and 220. I am looking for a kayak for Michigan white water. I am brand new to this so any help would be great. As for the kayak mostly class 1-3 with some smaller falls. I did look at the crossovers such as the LL remix xp10, dagger approach, or the jackson . Are these good for what I want to do, or should I get a strictly ww kayak?

You say class I-III now but once your hooked there is no turning back. Now I'm bias but would demo a Bliss-Stick Mystic. Think you will like it at your higth and weight. If they are available in your area have a look at the Fluid Spice Large. I use the Large Spice as my river running and creeking kayak. It has good initial and secondary stibality, boofs easy, rolls easy and because of the hull design you will also be able to surf etc. as you paddle.
The Spice is one of the best learn everything/do anything kayaks around and as your paddling skills progress so will what you are able to do with the kayak.
Try and demo one.

If you can find one, you might try a real old school boat like a dagger animas. They dont play much, but in my opinion their unbeatable downriver boats. The animas is a great beginner boat for biggger guys and will remain a great boat as your skill increases. If you want to play a bit more, you might take a look at the jackson superstar or the wavesport 64. I paddle the wavesport and im 6'5'' and 230 so you might even try a size smaller if you can fit.
