Back in Jan I picked up a Sanyo VPC e2 digital camera.

Well about a month ago it just flat out quit working! I have been in contact with sanyo who refuse to service the camera stating that their warranty is for 90 days and all labor would be on my dime. Total for labor $140 plus $22 shipping and another $45 for initial diagnosis of problem. This is just labor! not including parts.

I asked about this to the manager at sanyo customer service ( John 800 421 5013 ext 454) where i was told that thats just how it is... I asked if anything could be worked out, he replied very sternly "No"! I asked for a direct number i was given the number then he hung up on me as soon as I repeated the number.

So please, learn from my mistakes, and never buy Sanyo. Their products wont last and they dont stand behind them... Skip this company, and pass the message along

Jeepers, that's not cool. I bought a Panasonic a few years back and it's been trouble free. Thanks for the tip! :)
