Hi, I have a shaggy. I think it's pretty much the composite version of the super scrappy.

First time I wore it I got a headache from pressure points on the side of my head, adjusted the velcro outfitting stuff a bit and never had a problem since. I find it comfortable.

A few times the helmet has moved around on my head a little when I've gone upside down. I just tighten up the HOG system a little more and it doesn't seem to move.

Quality seems ok? But you're looking at a plastic version so I'm not sure. Personally I think I'd rather pay a bit extra for a bit more security, even if you are saving.

In summary, I'd recommend the Shaggy. I think it's good for the price. If you're only after a plastic helmet, I guess the super scrappy would be ok?
