Has anyone had any experience with level6 equiptment, specifically their cags?

How dry are they?

How good is the customer service?

i am thinking about buying one of their cags but no one i know has any dealings with level6 so im trying to find out if they are worth the money.

Which one are you looking at? I have the Knight Shorty because I couldn't find a non-latex jacket that would fit my neck. It is really dry, as long as you close the gaskets right (the rubber band on it should be on the outside the whole way around, or it could leak). Haven't had to deal with customer service, but I am liking it so far. The only things I don't like are that the waist webbing is way too long for me (30"ish waist with a M jacket), the pocket isn't offset, and the fabric isn't as strong as the older model shorty, the Hero. If they took the Knight gaskets and double tunnel on the Hero, it would be much better.

Im looking at the duke cag. the sizes provided on their website seem like the large should fit me very well. How long have you had your Knight cag?

Does anyone know how much import duty i am likely to have to pay to bring one into Scotland?

I have had it since May, but have only used it 3 times (rafting on the Nantahala, which is around 9 degrees C, SWR class in 18ish degree C water, and kayaking in about the same temperature). It worked well every time, and even after swimming across a river around 200' wide (Big Rocks at the Nolichucky, if anyone knows where that is) I got a little water out of the legs of the pants, but that was it (maybe an ounce from each leg of my Extrasport X-Treme Pants).

The only reason I went with Level Six was that it didn't have latex gaskets, but would still be dry, since it was the only top with all velcro gaskets and a double tunnel. I would try to get a quote on what it would cost first; there's nothing really special about them for just a basic dry top.

Here's a good review on the Duke: cksblog.com/?cat=133
