Savage gravity

So, who ever posted these pics, 2 questions:

1. So they are still making kayaks?

2. How does the Gravity handle?

Ok so i cant tell you how it handles because ive never paddled 1, thats someone elses dept.

But if you read the other "savage kayaks" post(i think its in the gear section) Corran posted some dates and info about when savage finished trading and how the molds were sold to another company in Canada and there still being made today by this company.

I know, Matt, but I can't seem to find the buggers anywhere. Google didn't come up with them. Maybe they went REAL small time and you have to live in their neighborhood to still buy one. I really like the design of these boats, ya know? Rrrrr. Someone out there must know!

Ok dude so your saying you want to buy one?

Ive just looked at the rest of the website and there is a few contact numbers and email addresses. Maybe ask them who your nearest dealer is? I dont mean to sound like a patronizing A-hole :)

Website (incase you havent found it) :http://www.rotoplast.qc.ca/ - click on the bienvenue/welcome bar to enter the site.

It looks like plastic in any form is there thing. There not an out and out kayak manufacturer, they make plastic pontoons and other stuff aswell.

Maybe you could buy the molds??? ;)

hopefully im on the right track?

Hope so!

Thanks, guy! Appreciate the help. I did see their website but was looking for a 'product/how to buy' link. Their not having one leads me to wonder as to their status but, your right, I could just call them. Or email them as their email address is there to. Think I'll inquire about it by email, see if I can get a price list, and will post back. Wondering if one should just beware at this point as if they are not into kayaks anymore, the quality may be an issue at this point. (It's not like I don't have enough boats in my garage for cryin out loud! Ahh! You know how it is.)

You think you have problems with mrs tBudd?, i live in a flat(or apartment, depends where your from. :P ) and i have a couple of boats and loads of gear knocking around. Im lucky if i can go a day without mrs big_ginga_beard giving me grief for having "too much s*it" lol :)

I could go on about her shoes but thats a long story and a different thread!

good luck, hope you get it sorted.
