Hi Adrian.
The gloves are awesome. a Friend of myne brought some back for me, the are really good. If you want them as hand paddles they work well but one does not get the same power from them as from hard plastic handpaddles. A cheaper option is the "webbed gloves" made by lizzard here in SA, they are similiar to the NRS gloves, have some of these as well and the do the job.
We are looking at bringing in some NRS gear but not sure when.
What do you want to use them for?

Adrian, sorry I forgot to add this to my reply. If you are looking for solid handpaddles this chap makes really good ones. Recomended by hendri c to me. www.riveraholic.com chaps name is Tim Martin.
Busy shaping my own hard plastic out of scrap plastic, but seeing as I don't live near the Fluid factory anymore I do not have a ready supply of things to shape and chop into toys for me.

Thanks Deon! I've made a plan to make some Power Paws. Getting a pair as a sample, and some plastic, to re-create my own. Hendri told me about the Power Paws and then Celliers offered to send me his as the sample... :)

Sweet you lucky bugger.
When you have his as a sample would you mind emailing me a pic or two of how the webbing is attached through the paddle to your hand. I have some old hull plastic from the factory and I have shaped them, battling to get the webbing to fit completely and not slide of my hand.
You should come up for the festival next year then we can have a hand paddle race.

Just out of interest sake Deon, do you still want those photos? Took me ten months to get those hand paddles... LOL

I'm not convinced with the Power Pawz's hand system. Feels like my hand can come out easily. Any pics of yours would be great :) We'll trade :P

Thanks! :)

I got these from Celliers to duplicate, and some plastic. BTW, I'll create a complete 'how to' article on how to make your own hand paddles. Deon gave me some great advice on the process so I'll doing that next week or so
