Derick was asking an interesting question and I wonder what Playak readers think:

"How are we all doing with multi-media these days? Are we video’d out and so far buried in the Youtube glut that we no longer value professional work? Are we less apt to pay for something we perceive we can get for free elsewhere? I still buy any DVD's related to sports that I am interested in. No doubt about it. :laugh: You never need an internet connection, can watch it nice and big on the tv and it's always there for you to enjoy.

I have all 4 TITS and both Pacific Horizons and Eastern Horizons. Just got the new Paddle California video, but to be honest, didn't pay for that (got it as a copy to review).

Youtube/intenet videos are nice just when they're short.
For the real kayakmovies I still want to buy a DVD.

yah I still make short little instructioal videos and stuff but I always like a good dvd

I still buy the occasional DVD. Allthough less and less.
The problem is that DVD's are just SD quality. More and more things published on the web are at least 720p. I am waiting for the first BluRay kayak movies to appear.
