Hello,

I heard that some people use their left hand as control hand to roll on the left side. It's symmetric to what you do on the right side, and controlling angle with the hand close to the (active) blade gives better control on the blade's angle.

Some other people will tell that right-handed paddles are made to be used with the right hand as control hand, and that you should never "cheat". Some will even tell you that you should roll on the right side for the same reason.

What are you doing / teaching ?

Thanks !

I have one of those paddles (right hand control), and i can roll on the left side. Just like you said, making everything symmetrical.

Till now had no problem.
