Happy feet or foam? 14 years 10 months ago #29676

Im having trouble in my Kingpin 6.3 i am at the height where as soon as i add one more layer of foam its becoming painfully tight on my knees and feet but before i could still move.
I was wondering if anyone would recommend Jackson Happy feet instead of foam?
Thanks
Kyle

The happy feet are diflatable so you can mould them to your feet and in the fully diflated setting it takes up very little room so it should solve your cramped problem. Sorry if this sounds patronising but you could always adjust your boat so you can use foam or happy feet. The happy feet are well worth the money even if they seem over priced.
Jackson Happy feet for the win

Its not patronizing but i have changed the boat for how i want the rest set up. I have the seat at a nice level for what i want to do but many of my friends use happy feet and say they are good i just wanted a person i don't know's point of view.
Thanks i think i'll have to get a set then but what size would you recommend for a kingpin?
Cheers Kyle

From what I hear around me the happy feet are absolutely great. I don't own them myself, but it seems like a good investment if foam is giving you trouble...

I go foam all the way - reliable :) Won't puncture with gravel/stones getting in the boat and leave you stranded far from home ;)

Go the Happy Feet, I've used them for four years and had no trouble with punctures. They are really comfortable, warm and take up very little room plus they are a custom fit for your feet thats impossible to get with foam.
