Recently every time I'm out paddling I end up with a headache which is really irritating. I have a niggling suspicion that it might be the fault of me sweet strutter. I don't think its too small but sometimes it presses into my temples i think which is giving me a head ache. Has anyone else experienced this?

If its time for a new helmet, any recommendations? People seem to be shying away from the sweet helmets these days and although I have never had an issue with mine until now I might try something new! :)

I kniow a number of people that use the same helmet and have no problems. Generally everybody's head has a slightly different shape. If you have pressure on your temples then just trim some of the foam inside you helmet by changing the shims or cutting of some bits. This should solve the problem and will be much cheaper than buying a new helmet.

I have a rather strange shaped head so I need to do big modifications to any helmet I have ever used, I recently got a a Sweet Wanderer and had to melt the PPE lining inside in 4 places to accomodate my bumps.

If you are looking for a new helmet with more coverage I would say have a look at WRSI helmets or Sweet Rocker, Wanderer.

ps it could also be your hair if you suddenly grew a huge afro or sometin
