Guys - I'm heading out for Morocco trekking and pack rafting.
I am having a very difficult time getting info on the river. The Moulouya River has its tributaries in the Mid-Atlas. These I accept will be dry in Summer. But the river is used for irrigation year round - so can't all be dry. It's a little over 500km to the Sea, and it would be great to hear from anyone with first hand info on the river.
The area varies from very to fairly remote, so info on flow rates, topography, availability of provisions/water would be a great help.
This is a pack raft trip (I'll be carrying through the Atlas on the hiking sections) so I'm not looking for white water, just the thrill of being away from it all!
Thanks in advance
Tom
