Pyranha InaZone 230......
It's my first boat, next one I get will likely be a Pyranha H3 235 or M:3 233.
The InaZone is good enough for what I need in a river play boat now, and there are no play spots close enough to justify a dedicated playboat. (though I do want to get one, right now I wouldn't feel comfortable taking a playboat out because my local rivers are the New and Gauley....)

Brand new they are but i managed to get this one half price. it was an ex demo boat almost new condition. As i said its an amazing boat, the interchangable tips make it the perfect boat for all situations I get my self into

:roflol:
I have four and moving to five come March or April. Needless to say the misses is not thrilled!! But she understands the need to upgrade!!
They are:
Corsica S
Foreplay
Perception Phat
Dagger Juice 7.1
Coming Soon: Dagger Nomad 8.5

I always recommend the angle of the kayak as an investment in my mental well being! (Seems to work?????)

Our toy make for a more fruitfull adventure!

Cheers ;-)

Yeah, there are good playspots on em, but right now you could say I would get my ass stomped if I attempted either one in a playboat...

Railroad is nice on the New. Super Trashy!!! I also tried to surf Big Nasty on the Cheat. Maybe not the best idea. It was a semi-controlled working. But whatever The jackson Star is super-sweet in any hole

okay the only time i ever got trashed in a hole was when i tried to surf out into the middle of longhorn wave which is really bouncy it took 5 minutes of getting bounced and windowshaded to get me out

What boat do you paddle? 19 years 2 months ago #4543

if u mean robson red fred, then no its not huge. its a little bigger than most playboats with more bouyancy around the bow. To be honest its a little to big for me but beggars cant be choosers. Anyway i like it, it forces me to learn the technique really well. After learning to do flatwater tricks in that boat, i can do it in nearly any playboat and quite a few whitewater boats.

[quote:00f26421bc]That H3 245 of yours, how would you rate it for creeking and for big volume, technical class 4/5? Would it suit a paddler such as myself, 6' and weighing about 185? Shot. [/quote:00f26421bc]

I really like it for creeking im in the middle of the weight range but my friend used to paddle one who ate way more pies than me around 6ft 2ish 200+ he got on well with it but prob should of been in the 255.

I got it just before i went to the alps last summer and i really liked it on the higher voulme runs and the more technical steeper runs! Got a wave wheel out of it and played better than most of the "playboaters" out there!

Back in Wales i have paddled it on the local class 4 and 5 runs the Upper Tawe Gorge serious river awsome the boat handled it well boofed nicely resurfaced quickly n smoothly on the bigger drops. Also took it down the Mellte another goodcreek run walked around the 50ftrs didnt take my brave pills! The best bet try one out awsome boat if your into bigger drops try the M3 or the Jefe
hope this helps
