Paddling Linguists Required 19 years 1 month ago #5066

We are looking for language students and/or linguists that are native speakers of French, German, Spanish, Italian and Norwegian and are also keen paddlers. We need to compile a database of translators with an up-to-date knowledge of the terminology of the paddlesport industry in both English (the source language) and the target language (their native language). This is for an upcoming long term localisation project. Please send a copy of your CV highlighting both your paddling and linguistic experience to [mail address protected from spambots with javascript] .

Please feel free to repost this request anywhere else or to forward it other newslists or clubs where it may provide a paddler a chance to earn some extra money!

Do you need these paddlers to be in the US? Because if you posted on Soulboater.de or one of the French forums you'd probably get some people.

Also does it have to be native speakers - or is fluency in the language enough?
