I think you would have best luck marketing it as a sort of recretional kayak - not really inteded for whitewater but rather just for paddling around on lakes and easy rivers, able to be uses on very easy rapids (class I-II).

AS for the design, only thing that would be worrying me is the possibility of entrapment if you tipped. The thing doesn't look super rollable, so you might want to make sure there is a quick way to get out if you flip.

Hi Oopps,

Thanks for your advices. I agree with you that the vehicle is not proper for whitewater, but there are ways to make 100% efficient in whitewater - but that would require new patents and at the moment I have no intention of patenting anything else. If I change my mind, I´ll add a real whitewater 3D model.
