Can anyone advice me on whats the best mastik is to use to fill a couple of screw holes as I don`t want to melt the plastic.

i've used pop rivets on a number of occasions. they exist in waterproof versions as well, but those are hard to find here. i used the normal sort, which are almost waterproof, except in the middle. i filled the middle with some drops of transparent nail polish, but that's just what i happened to have at hand (no pun intended).

there may be better ways, but this worked very well for me (stayed waterproof for years - as long as i owned the boats).

I've used aquasure on my playboat which worked well and is still holding up after a whole season of use. As it's clear it also won't make such a mess of your boat as mastic will.

HOw about blanking screws from a local hardware store take the old screw with you to get the correct size and replace Works well makesure you check them cause any screws can work loose!
