I recently heard about this amazing kayak program. I was wondering how good you have to be. I am 14 and can cartwheel loop flatwhater cartwheel, flatspin, ect. I Am obsessed with kayaking and try to paddle every day even if it is flatwater. I paddler III - IV mostly and have been padling for about 2 years.

You're good enough.
The keener program is more focused on how \"keen\" you are about kayaking as opposed to your skills. You will learn them by GREAT instructors.
If you can roll and run a river mostly right-side up but have a good attitude and a love for kayaking you're a perfect candidate.

Check out their blog from this summer. You'll notice that some of the Keeners couldn't even roll when they started, and after a few weeks are surfing and throwing moves!

i was just wondering the exact same thing for next summer. I love kayaking, too, maybe all see you there if i do it.
