Hey

I want to learn some playboating now I've got past the basics.
Got a top 3 easiest moves I can try, get me started?? On flat water btw, never get to really go on any decent water

On a wave: Front surfing

In a hole: Side surfing

On flatwater: Ultra cleans or different types of rolls.

when you get comfortable in a hole, then you can progress to corner spins.

As you climb out the corner of a hole you'll notice that your boat ends up turning downstream just before you pop out. You can use this to your advantage by shifting your weight to the other side of your boat and to the other paddle blade just as you are facing perfectly down stream and you'll end up facing the other way in the hole. Too soon and you flip (that's ok, it's what it takes to learn). Too late and you're out of the hole.

Wave surfing is essentially super dynamic ferries. If you get front surfing in waves,and corner spins in a hole, then you will be able to handle soooooo many more river situations.

ive just started play boating too i just got a star last week

i dont know if there the easiest but the three im trying to learn are:

1)ploughing ender

2)geting vertical in a hole

3)double pump

i tryed to lean clean today and found it much easier than the double pump give it a try

i thought theres no point in making a new post so id ask on this 1 i can front surf and back surf is the lean clean the next thing i should try in play boating

Personally I have not heard of a lean clean. We may call it something different. Can you flat spin at will both ways? If you are in a hole try some corner moves.
