Freestyle as in a river running playboat or a full on playboat. How tall/heavy are you?

What boat do you currently paddle?
What is your weight in Kilograms?
Where do you typically paddle?

There are soooooo many boats out there it would also help to know those things.

For example, I\"m 5' 8\" and weight 74 Kg (the holidays have been good to me...) and I paddle both the DragoRossi Squashtail (a small boat) and occasionally a Stinger (chich is considerably more volume). Both are freestyel boats for me becasue I learned that stuff in larger boats. But the Squashtail is very park and play specific (thought not too bad for river running) and the Stinger is a much more forgiving hull and volume (but a bit harder to do flatwater freestyel with)

You are a good candidate for the DragoRossi Thruster as a play boat. The Stinger would work great for you too, but the Thruster surfs much better and cartwheels just as good, so with the Thruster you'd probably get a better variety of freestyle use out of it.

There are lots of good boats out there, so see what you can find to demo. It might be a fun few months for you if you can just get in the mode of asking many people if you can try their boats.

I don't know how accessible LiquidLogic boats are over there across the pond, but I've never paddled one that I didn't like. At your size, demo a Pop or a Space Cadet and see what you think. (you'll like it.)
