To share this with you.

Just taken delivery of a new astral newton playvest and it is awesome!

To let you know what I think, the vest is designed in such a way to give you great flexability with three side straps and a dual buoyancy front leaving one part around your stomach and a second part that you can leave loose or tighten down depending on preferance. It also has a deep zipped pocket for those must have items.

Personally speaking I would only use this vest for playing, squirt, surf and perhaps canoe, the range of movement is great but nothing there to assist in a rescue.

Quality of stitching looks good and it did not ride up at all.

10 / 10.

Really impressed with it, I have real problems with vests rising up, too many pies :D this one stays put on the bottom and the back is a good fit, would recommend, got it from white water. Watch out for sizing though I went for an x-large when I would normally have a large.
