Hello,first excuse for my bad english !
I order a Dagger g-ride 6.2 here in france. price are now really interesting for this boat. I saw on the boat index that the limit weight for the paddler is 174 lbs. But on the dagger Website the limit is 154 lbs .?!! My weight : 160 lbs. Any experience ? Did I made the right choise ? I'm want to use it mainly as a river runner and do some playboat with it.

Sounds as if the boast will be fine for you especially as you say you want it for river running, it might make playing a bit harder though.

Thanks for replying.
I thought it will be the opposite. As I 'm on the weight limit isn't it easyer for playboating and a bit more difficult in river running due to a lack of volume ? Or the 205 liters/54 gall. volume are enought anyway ...

Yeh sorry it probably will be like that I got the Playak weight limit and the dagger weight limit mixed up DOH!!!!!! it should still be alright for river running up to G4 though as the G-ride has quite a lot of volume.

yeah i am in the same position as you im a begginner paddler with not much experience i just ordered the 6.2 becvause i wad tyold that it would be a great boat for me so i think you will be alright
