We have some openings this year for raft (rowing) and kayak guides on the Futaleufu River for this upcoming Winter Season (December-April). If you are interested, we will begin looking at applications on August 15th and will continue to do so until our positions are filled. All guide positions are considered \"multi-sport\" in nature REQUIRING guides to fully participate (and guide, where applicable) such activities as: horseback riding, sea kayaking, trekking, mountain biking, canyoneering, fly fishing, and kayak instruction. Kayakers need not be full-on Class V paddlers if they have significant instruction experience and are willing to participate in guiding other sports. We will give preference to individuals who are willing to make a multi-year commitment (up to three years) but will consider all that apply.

To apply please visit our webpage and fill-out our online application:

My word, that seems like an incredible opportunity. Unfortunately my current studies won't allow me to apply this year. Will you be needing guides in the 08/09 season? Because I feel I could be an ideal candidate: 22years old with Zambezi guiding and instructing experience and a University degree.
I sure, as hell, hope you have space then.

peace,
Scotty R
