Because Rocks Hurt Benefit for American Whitewater 17 years 3 months ago #20134

Hi everyone, just wanted to invite you all to the upcoming helmet art gallery \"BRH1\"in Ashville, NC on March 13 from 5 -10. Free beer from Pisgah Brewing (organic beer). Come and see what happens when artists get helmets and do what they like with them. All items will be for sale or for auction in an ebay style thingy. All procedes this year will go to benefit American Whitewater.

The event is sponsored by Shred Ready, LVM, Kayak Session, Pisgah brewing.

We have recruited over 25 artists both within and outside the paddling world to make make helmets into works of art. For more info go to BecauseRocksHurt.com Shred Ready's new phillinthropic arm.

If you are interested in entering, there's still time but you need to hurry. Go to
www.becauserockshurt.com for more information about signing up.

We will be holding at least four other shows (BRH2, 3, & 4)shows across the US this sping, summer and fall culminating at the Gauley Festival. There will probably be a few inbetween as well.

Cheers,
Patrick
