I am 135lb female looking for a good creekboat for BC rivers. Tried the Habitat but skill set is not strong enough(not a slalom boater) Any beta would be fantastic. I am thinking about a Jefe just a little worried about size!!:S

Small Solo? Michelle Basso (from BC) recently got into a small here in South Africa and she was super stoked about it. It was the first creek boat that actually fitted her and has paddled one since. Check her out:

It has numerous safety features like super strong, plastic pillars (instead of foam) and has a rib like stiffener in the bow that also acts as a step in case of a vertical pin. Check out some more photos here:

thanks for that info that you sent the link to it was an awesome read!!! I will try one out if I can get my hands on one. I have not seen the name Fluid much in canada but I will kepp my eyes open for them. thanks again!:laugh:

tried the burn the outfitting hurt, bad fit for my butt i guess! trying out a hero this weekend.
still trying to get my hands on a chico to demo but they are hard to come by. any ideas how it responds in relation to the jefe?
