Unfortunatly you dont have many options, hardly any manurfactures make a top end creek cag deck.
You could get a palm apex top deck, its designed for whitewater but unfortunatly the decks not very good or tough. Your other option is to get a strong cag with a double neopreme waist seal like this Nookie Airhead cag www.nookie.co.uk/airhead/index.htm and a strong creeking deck with a good seal (the toughest probably being the Palm Kevlar RT Rand Deck
www.palmequipmenteurope.com/gear/whitewater_spray_decks.html ) Then you could get out some neopreme glue and glue the deck to the cag, glueing first the inside of the deck tunnel (the bit that your waist normally touches if you wore a deck with no cag or thermals) to the outside of the inner neopreme seal of the cag. Then, once this is dry, and correctly seated you simply glue the outer cag neo seal over the top of the waist tube on the deck, then your done, and have a top deck.
